IRD (International Recognition Days)

This TOPS recognition days is to honor the members who are International Winners. Three days of fun,
sessions, awards, meeting new members and getting together with old friends from near and far.
This was the first IRD I attended since becoming a member, and I certainly hope it will not be my
last. I was thrilled to be in the Before and After Parade (those losing 75 pounds or more), Walking with the KOPS (Keep Off
Pounds Sensibly) under one year, and my shining moment was receiving the International Award First Place in my division,
which was Division 3.
